Welcome to the home of the Wilton High School Music Boosters!
The Wilton High School Music Boosters is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting quality music education in our school. Our goal is to have 100% of our families join the Music Boosters. The Annual Family Donation, and all donations, are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, and a receipt will be provided. All donations go directly to supporting our very talented students and the outstanding music program at Wilton High School.
Please join the Music Boosters and/or make a donation today in support of our outstanding music program and talented young musicians.
We suggest a donation of $40 per family, but our primary goal is to have 100% of our families join the Music Boosters so any amount is appreciated! Donations are entirely voluntary, and all families have full access to the program regardless of whether they give. Please fill out the form to join and click Donate to make a contribution.
There are also several opportunities to volunteer and get involved with programs that the Music Boosters sponsor. Examples include the Fall Mums and Pie Sales Fundraisers to support the music department trips. And we could always use help with Ad Sales for our Music Programs which raise money for our scholarship and financial aid programs. Please feel free to reach out to any Music Boosters Board member with questions or to learn more.
Wilton High School Music Boosters Inc. is a tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code dedicated to supporting quality music education in our school. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs as a form of philanthropy and will match any charitable contributions completed by their employees.
Most companies will match an employee’s gift to a charity one-to-one, but others match gifts two-to-one, and some even match donations three-to-one! This means that your gift to a charity can be worth two to four times as much as you donate.

The next Can & Bottle drive
Sunday, 13 September
CAN & BOTTLE DRIVE
While most of our fundraising activities go to the Music Department as a whole, our can and bottle drive proceeds just support our band (they have lots of competition expenses our other ensembles don’t have!).
WHS band members collect redeemable bottles and cans in the Board of Ed parking lot from 1:00pm - 4:00pm on the dates posted.
We can accept the following: beer, soda, water, sports drinks, energy drinks, hard seltzer, hard cider, tea and coffee, kombucha, plant water (e.g coconut water) and carbonated spirit-based beverage containers.

Pie Sales Fundraiser
The annual pie sale fundraiser will be happening again in 2026, keep an eye out for details!
Last year we delivered nearly 1,300 delicious pies, crumb cakes and donut boxes from our partner, Oronoque Farms to family, friends and supporters of WHS Music. That included 135 pies donated to the WHS PTSA Great Pie Giveaway for our amazing staff. Our students raised over $7k toward their trips to Disney World with WHS Music coming up in March 2026. Well done and thank you everyone!

Financial Aid
The Music Boosters exists to support the music department in multiple ways, and we’re also here to support our music students and families. We never want any student to be in a position where they are missing out on something for financial reasons. To this end we facilitate the annual Fall Mums Sale and Thanksgiving Pie Fundraisers (see below). 100% of the proceeds from Mums and Pie sales go toward the annual music trip cost of the individual students that sell these popular items.
Additionally, if a family is struggling to pay for an event having already taken advantage of fundraising opportunities, they can reach out to us in confidence to discuss scholarships. Information is only shared with our president and treasurer, no other board members. If you need this support, please do reach out. We all have times in our lives when we need the help of others and again, we want all our students to be able to fully participate in everything the music program offers.
