The Memory Project

The Memory Project is a non-profit organization that helps children living in difficult situations understand that they are valued by connecting them with other children around the world by means of art. Wilton High School drawing students created portraits of eleven children in Nigeria, a country where there are more children out of school than any other country in the world.  When received, the children's teachers will present the portraits as gifts to reward the children in their studies, letting them know that youth around the world are cheering them on.  We thank the drawing I students who were all enthusiastic to contribute their time and effort into the creation of these thoughtful and beautifully crafted portraits.

Below you can see a video of the portraits being delivered.
