2025 Music Department Wishing Tree

The Music Department Wishing Tree will once again be on display in the Zellner for our Sounds of the Season concerts this week. Music Boosters reached out to our Directors last month to find out what extras would be great to have to help them out as they work with our students. The items on the tree range from the necessary but not particularly exciting (viola strings anyone?!), to some great big ticket wishes such as a Buffet Crampon Eb Clarinet and a Marimba Frame. Below are just a selection of the items being wished for and some links to some of the bigger ticket items so you can learn more about them. Please rest assured there will be something on the wish tree for everyone - from this $6 single violin strings all the way up, and each and every donation is a wish granted for our directors!

How does it work? On either concert night visit our tree, grab a wish and bring it to the boosters table. From there we collect in the wish tokens and you can pay by check or with an online donation. After the concerts the music directors get to go online shopping and we will post a picture of all your gifts in the new year!

All donations, large or small, to Music Boosters are tax deductible. In the case of the Wishing Tree, they are 100% tax deductible. Our Treasurer, Don Allers, will be able to provide you with the documentation you may require.
